🚫 Refund Policy
XLencePLUS event registrations are non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens and we provide the transfer option to you at no charge (see Transfer Policy below).
This policy allows us to accommodate your changed plans while fulfilling our obligations to venues and supports our commitment to providing outstanding events.
🔄 Transfer Policy
XLencePLUS event registrations are transferable. Transfers must be submitted in writing via email by the purchaser of the original registration no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled event start.
The transfer fee is $0 — completely free.
To complete a transfer, email the following information to stu@xlenceplus.com:
- Name of the Event
- Full Name and email address of the original registrant
- Full Name and email address of the new registrant

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which XLENCEPLUS.COM collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users of the XLENCEPLUS.COM website. This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by XLENCEPLUS INC.
