XLencePLUS event registrations are non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens and we provide the transfer option to you at no charge (See Transfer Policy for details). This policy allows us to accommodate your changed plans while fulfilling our obligations to venues and supports our commitment to providing outstanding events.
TRANSFER POLICY
XLencePLUS event registrations are transferable. Transfers must be submitted in writing via email to by the purchaser of the original registration no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled event start. The transfer fee is $0.
To complete a transfer email the following information to stu@xlenceplus.com
• Name of the Event
• Full Name and email address* of the original registrant
• Full Name and email address* for the new registrant
*A confirmation email will be sent to both parties confirming completion of the transfer.
PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which XLENCEPLUS.COM collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the XLENCEPLUS.COM website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by XLENCEPLUS INC.
